Definitions and Explanations

The terms used in this document are defined as follows:

4.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

Under the weekly tk 1991 deposit reward, depositing ৳500 or more once per week earns a 50% bonus on the deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000, with a wagering requirement of 20 times. 4.4 VIP Cashback Policy

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net loss. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% for the Bronze tier, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum, and 1.0% for the Diamond tier. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk 1991 platform:

• Playing or betting using bots, automated software, or artificial techniques.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits repeatedly by opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another member's account or stealing account credentials.

5.2 Action When Fraud Is Detected

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. A delay in enforcing or a waiver of any particular term does not cancel the right to enforce that term in the future.
